candycane57 @wovenartthreads haha; i've lost some because of stress and going on a real diet when my products come in as my girlfriend just lost 30 pounds on it. It does involve shakes; but I have to force myself to eat anyway; so set the phone for every time I have to eat and we'll see what happens! Seems I've been on a diet all my life-us Italians, we know how to eat!😜
