Long Sleeve Dress with Slight Puff Sleeves

Very flattering long sleeve black dress with slight princess sleeve shoulders that taper/are form fitting at forearms. Size 4 in H&M, fits like a S. For reference, I'm 5'3" and usually wear XS and feel comfortable, just a little long for me. Bust: 13" Waist: 12.5" Length: 33.5"
