letty_may24@jordinmt18 I got that same error message with just one offer. I contact pm and they said Thanks for your email and we apologize for any inconvenience. That error code is associated with not having your default return or default shipping address selected. Can you please be sure that both you and the potential buyer have selected a default shipping address AND a default return address? Sometimes when one person (or both) does not have this information selected it creates issues at checkout.

If the issue still persists after doing this, please provide us with a screenshot of the error so we can better assist you. It took so long for them to respond that the offer expired. When it happened again with same person I counter offer $1 over and it went through but they never responded back:/.
