A beautiful floral design, does not have a belt. I would get a beige, black or red belt. The dress is not lined and is 96% Polyester and 4% Spandex. It is in excellent condition. The measurements are:
Shoulder to shoulder about 16 inches.
Armpit to Armpit about 18 1/2 inches.
Waist 17 inches.
Length about 36 inches.

@no1lkmebaby Thank you, the waist is 16 inch and the bust 18 inch. Material is 96 percent Polyester and 4 percent Spandex. It does have stretch to it.
