Express Blue Ikat Mini Dress

Adorable and flattering Mini Dress with 3/4 length sleeves. Cobalt, navy and black ikat print. Fabric tag has been removed but it is a soft cotton blend fabric that's easy to wash. This has been worn and washed less than a dozen times and there are no flaws. It can be paired with sandals in the warmer weather, and transitions well into fall with over-the-knee boots!
