Measure the top of leather waistband and where it connects to the fabric. Does that sound right?

Approximate measure at top of waistband is 30” and at bottom of leather panel it measures approximately 34”. It is slightly contoured for a great fit so difficult to get exact numbers. Supple leather and beautiful drape to the fabric.
