Suplice top with adjustable spaghetti straps, comfortable elastic empire waist. Draw string ties have metal peace sign charms at the ends. Length measured from under the bust line (where the tie is) to the bottom of the dress is 42". Rare and hard to find....retailed for $198 🌺🌴Freshly dry cleaned, still in bag and originally worn only wore a couple times. **Please note when the dress came back from dry cleaner that some of the small spots towards the bottom couldn’t be removed.
