liamya @larsool I think this would fit fine because the hips measured straight across the front is 13” with the garment Unstretched. Also these run a bit small. Most customers who have bought these have sized up

liamya @yayagabor4 Hi there! The unstretched measurement of the hip straight across the front is 13” (about 26” all around) on the small but These have a nice stretch of up to 6”. So in my opinion if you are a size 25, this would fit you just fine.

liamya @suzannahughes Hi there! 😀 I’d be delighted to help. So the leggings are 97% POLYESTER 3% SPANDEX so it has a nice stretch. The inside material is a satin like finish so it’s soft/smooth on the leg and not itchy or irritating. The outside is a soft smooth velvet. The wide waist band helps support the tummy so there is no bulge. I hope this helped to answer your questions. Let me know if I can be of further assistance!
