hobbswife @riglem65 Okay I have some more info for you. The way it hangs in the picture without it tied or tightened, it measures 14”. (There is elastic built into the waist as well as the tie.) when it is stretched to its max it would go to 16”. When I tightened it without much effort I got it to 11”. I hope this makes sense but let me know if you need anything else. 😊🌹
