This past weekend, I spotted this little guy. He's in the medical building w/o much visibility. I was told he was injured but on cage rest. Days later I went back for him, but learned his injuries are worse. He may need surgery. I'm determined to get him out. I've decided to reach into my closet & really clear it out (items I still love & would keep) for a good cause. All $ will go to his care. PLEASE FOLLOW & SHOP. Help me save a dog that could otherwise fall through the shelter cracks.

shoppernic I had to edit to fit my post. He's at a local animal shelter. I spotted him while on a rescue mission for two other senior dogs for a rescuer in NorCal. I found a home for him, but I need to have funds for his care in hand before I pull him out of the shelter. EVERY PURCHASE, EVERY DOLLAR HELPS!!!

shoppernic It feels amazing to make a real difference in the world. After calling and emails dozens of rescues and veterinarians, I found one willing to help with the thousands of dollars it will take to save this guy. He was just a forgotten shelter dog. But advocating for him has given him a second chance. Never doubt what you can do and the difference you can make if you truly try!!!

I currently home 19 birdies! Good luck to you saving this little fella... all animals deserve a happy loving life! I wish all humans were as kind as you! 💛💛💛

shoppernic @saranda @saranda Thank you! I’m so blessed to have found him. Through him I’ve discovered an amazing rescue, the forgotten dog foundation. I volunteer regularly. I just updated his pictures I took this weekend. Your parrots are gorgeous!! It’s nice to meet another animal advocate! 💕
