happyorganics @bootjunkie65 Good Morning, Trina! These leggings are very versatile and fit many heights and waist sizes. They will most definitely fit a junior size 12-13 comfortably. This is the only Sugar Skull print I have available at this time. If you check out @styledbuyv she has another cute SS style available. Her leggings are also the mega soft brushed knit. They will seriously feel like butter on your skin. If you have any other additional questions I am more than happy to help!
