Sleeveless Pleated Midi Tunic

The most adorable floral piece that can be worn as a dress or a tunic, depending on your size and height. It's a size Large, but it was cut really small under the arms for me, but I have a large chest (32DDD) so it could just run small in that area...FYI. I ordered it from StyleWe and just didn't return it back to. Its never been worn. It's super cute!!
