donka2008 So I am extremely confuse about the dress that I received. It is nothing even close to the picture that was posted. I mean the dress is a short and not a long Maxie dress as posted. I’m about 5”8 and the dress is not even close to my knee. I mean am I wrong or just confuse? foxarazzi @donka2008 hi there- the measurements are posted in the listing. It is a maxi dress but I’m guessing since you are taller, it is short on you. And for that I apologize. I do always post measurements since sizing is so different from brand to brand especially in boutique brands.

manamana No worries I understand. I was simply making the point that a 52” long maxi dress is no way ever going to be above my knees even at 5’8” unless I’m on stilts! It may fall just above ankle BUT maxi is maxi as much as a midi is just under the knee and mini above. Anyway I’m going to measure myself then give you the stats so you can help me with size. I’m built like Sophia Vergara so I am curvy. Not overweight, curvy. I’m thinking the 3x was my size. I’ll be back for your thoughts. Thx! 🌻🦋

tbhummel I’m usually a size 4 or even a 2 up top. Sometime my bottom half is a 4 to maybe a 6. Would I be safe in a small? Just wondering if it’s loose through the hips & butt. Gotta make sure it’s not too small in the chest area so I won’t be exposed?

foxarazzi @tbhummel I would recommend the medium based on what you told me. The small is really for the 0-2 and small 4s. The medium should fit you perfectly

lyannawolfgirl @foxarazzi hey there, I wear a 38DDD aka 38F. My bust at fullest point is like 45-46”. I know the rest of the dress is forgiving. Would i need that 3XL? Can you still get from vendor? Also could you pls post a pic of the tag w brand name, size and list of materials (eg 70% poly, 30% cotton or whatever it is)? Also perhaps a closeup of the fabric so we can see it better? The model pics are pixelated when you zoom in.

lyannawolfgirl Sorry to be a pain I’m just super sensitive to kinda scratchy material so I’d like to make sure it’s soft enough. Also interested to see what tag says! I know it’s not really spell of course. Trying to understand the world of these lovely gypsy replicas! 😊

lyannawolfgirl And wanna know what’s weird, I measured a dress that just fits over my chest, and pit to pit is 21.5”. Which makes no sense since that’s would be 43” around and I’m like 45” around. My only thought is that the pit to pit is just a little shorter across the front than the back, or that somehow the way it stretches around the curves, out and in, makes it able to fit??? It’s a mystery! 😉
