hayden_jaymes @randyjan hi! Yes they do 😊 the strap comes out of the loop and is put back through once the shoe is on. It is a Velcro closure.

If you'd like to mail them back to me I can mail you a smaller size once I receive the original pair, but I don't think shipping costs can be refunded.
