Belted romper

Black romper with a tied belt and collar. Hemline is cuffed. 4 pockets. 92% Polyester, 8% spandex. Size is XS but it fits like a small or medium (size 6-8). New York & Co runs on the bigger side. Side has one broken thread for belt. It's not noticeable. (See picture) NWT.
