Clutch!!! I wore this to prom and it was perfect to carry my phone, tickets, and ID. It matched my blue sparkly dress perfectly. It let me dance the night away as I hid it in a play pot so I didn't have to carry it. None of the rhinestones are missing on the top latch. Great Condition. The length is about 4.5 inches and the width is about 8.5 inches at the base or the widest portion of the clutch.

sa527 I can’t tell in the picture. Does it look more light blue or silver? Would it match with a lavender dress?
