@kmiller134 yes it is! I’m wearing the small. I’m 4’11” 115lbs I could even fit into the M but the Waist was a little big on me and they were too long on me.

My original size conversion to the L being closer to a size 7 or 9. As this denim doesn’t stretch. Hope this helps!
