Forever 21 Vintage Look Polka Dot Dress

Excellent pre-owned condition. No damages, stains, or wear. Features a five buttoned front, but has a zipper on the left side. 100% Polyester, sheer on the top, with a polyester liner layer as well. Soft and flowy. Skirt comes down to just above the knees, full measurements in the last picture. Color is white with black polka dots and trim.
