Awesome Silky elastic waist Peplum Top

Fun, Silky animal print blouse...not sheer. Elastic around the waist makes it super-comfy. Fabric is polyester (machine washable). ✨NOTE*- This style is flattering on me, but I went crazy one day, and bought about 20! Ha!
