chelles623@gailnd hi! I'm sorry I don't know if they are technically high waisted. The tags don't say. the rise measurement is 9". I'm 5'9" and they fall about an inch below my belly button. I hope that helps.

chelles623@ivy_ivette sure. These are the same pants. Waist is 15.5” lying flat and stretch to 18” lying flat (I put my hands in waist and stretched out).

So there is only one size 12tall pant available. I just made this not for sale. I can hold the others though and do the $15 for one
