chelles623 @gailnd hi! I'm sorry I don't know if they are technically high waisted. The tags don't say. the rise measurement is 9". I'm 5'9" and they fall about an inch below my belly button. I hope that helps.

chelles623 @ivy_ivette sure. These are the same pants. Waist is 15.5” lying flat and stretch to 18” lying flat (I put my hands in waist and stretched out).

chelles623 @ivy_ivette I want to make sure I don’t confuse. I actually re-listed these pants because I was trying to get someone discounted shipping. But they didn’t purchase. So there is only one size 12tall pant available. I just made this not for sale. I can hold the others though and do the $15 for one
