kludlam @julieblues hi there! Unfortunately I can't give ya a certain size because they are adjustable from the back. But I do know that I've sold about 20 and each person has had them fit comfortably. They easily can be adjusted to fit just about any size! ☺️ I hope this helps. The back isn't sealed together.. that's the part that pulls apart to be adjusted.
