kitsulove @mplsgoddess yes, there is a 1” wide black elastic panel along the whole length of the calf part of the boot that provides flexibility for different calf sizes.

kitsulove @maieb7 These boots are a little over 15 inches at the widest point by the top buckle, and they also have an inch wide elastic strip running down 12 inches of the boot to provide more width. Hope this helps!

kitsulove @maieb7 I just took the photos, but I used the ones that I own. My calf is 14” at the widest part. I still have some wiggle room, but I think if you’re wider than 15” it may be a tight fit.

kitsulove @maieb7 ok, so I was mistaken. The buckle doesn’t come undone, the leather strap it’s attached to has an elastic strap at the end that pulls out from under the leather.
