boutiquesands @efenwick0003 hi! It is slightly oversized. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam Measures 15.75 inches on the small and the Bust Measures 39 inches. What I would do is measure a coat that fits u well now and compare it to these measurements ☺️ that way u will know for sure!
