londonco hi there, you mentioned the med and large have a bust of 35" to 37" but when you do the conversion it is 40" to 42" for the medium and large respectively. So... my bust is 42. what size would you recommend? I was thinking of the large but your comments have me thinking this sweater runs very small and maybe the size chart is off. Any recommendations for what size I should get? Thanks for your help.

meredithdrake @londonco I don't see where I stated that for the bust. The large is a range up to 42". It should work. If you want an XL, I am out in this color. I have it in the blue. I do have an XXL if you like the oversized look in the pic, this might be the best choice.

That's why I was confused by your size chart. You wrote those measurements on Sept. 13. I think i'll give the xxl a shot and see how it fits. Thanks for getting back to me. It looks beautiful.

goochymomma Make sure before you buy to really read about sizes. I 90 % of the time wear 2X and bought a 4X after reading comments. That was a mistake and the 4X fit like an XL/L. Sadly because she posted sizing, Poshmark denied my return request even though there were other complaints about sizing. I’m not blaming seller, but I think it important she know how this is actually fitting those who are buying.

goochymomma @meredithdrake I was only responding to her inquiry on if I still had this sweater. Btw, it is a beautiful sweater but going off of the sizing chart was super confusing. I went up two sizes and the sweater still fit like a large, nothing even close to a traditional 4X. I more often than not wear a 2X, XXL, or 18-20, and thought after reading your suggestions that I would be close.
