@beckidavenport Hi! I measured the size large dress from to of straps (adjusted to shortest length) and it measures approximately 34”-35” or so.

@crystaleric3233 I’m not sure the XL sold and the size large measurements are app 29 3/4” in. The bust area. So I would say no if you are 38” and this is a 29”.
