This is a stunning mid length special ocassion dress by Chi Chi London, the chest of the dress has light padding. Gorgeous lace detailing throughout the top half (front, back, sleeves) and a tasteful layer of tulle covering the bottom half. UK 8, US. 6 AKA small. I was ~115 lbs and 5'5 and wore this dress without needing alterations. There is a hidden zipper on the side of the dress.
