Issa for Banana Republic dress. S. Nearly new!

From the 2013 Issa of London collection for Banana Republic. This red ceramic printed, 3/4 sleeve wrap dress sold out and these Issa dresses are no longer available at BR. It's in excellent shape - only worn once. Slightly long for my torso so I never keep it on after putting it on (I'm a petite and this is not). Sadly it must go.
