valuanista This skirt looks longer than 14 1/2”. Is that taken from the top of the skirt to the bottom? It seems like it’s longer on the mannequin.

honeychilds @valuanista it looks longer on the mannequin bc of how it fits it. It falls below the waist on the mannequin. On the last pic, you can see it falls lower. The mannequin was labeled small when purchased .
