lolashops2muchHello my Posh Friend and Happy New Year!! Sorry to bother you but I wanted to ask you a quick question regarding these rain boots that I purchased from you... do you remember what type of material the upper portion of the boot is made out of? I’m trying to reposh these, since unfortunately we don’t get hardly any rain where I live. Thanks so much and I hope you’re doing well. God Bless!! 😊
