This adorable vintage "Byer Too!" floral dress is super cozy and breathable; 100% quality cotton. Assuming it was made in either the 80s or 90s. Used to have shoulder pads but I took thise out. 😂 Love the rich, jewel-tone color scheme of this dress. Features include a high neck, fitted bodice, pleated drop skirt, tie waist at back, and very slight pouf sleeves. In great condition! Model is 5'11 so dress will be a tad bit longer on most. Size small, but fits medium too. Can provide more photos
