@cleoandlexii123 laying flat its 22 inches. I'm a size 10/12. 36C and I went with a large and it fit great with some wiggle room. I find a lot of boutique stuff is made a little bigger but this was more true to size. I wore mine the other night and got so many compliments! 😊
