Black maxi dress by Ann Taylor Loft. Pleated skirt with grey color pattern. Black velvet ribbon around the waist. Sized as 8, but runs small. Waist measurement is 30.5". Arm pit to arm pit is 18". The length from waist down is 29". Great condition. Fully lined.
