lspivey@marycabbie from the hem at base of neck to the bottoms of jacket, it approximately measures 22.5”. There is a slight stretch to the jacket since it’s knit. I’ll post the materials in a picture.

lspivey@marycabbie middle of shoulder hem to bottom is approximately 21.5”, maybe a tad bit longer. Yes, I’d say this is a 2/4. Possibly a 6 if the person has a small bust.

gerri558What does TTS MEAN? I'm finally back for the dress and saw this as well. I'm a 10-12 and usually a large is fine. I'm a 36D-36DD IN the bust. 5'6" tall. Would this fit too?

lspivey@gerri558 hey Gerri! TTS means true to size. It's a fitted jacket but isn't tight fitting. And since it's knit, it has a bit of stretch. A large runs along a 10/12. Lmk if you decide to get this one...we can cancel the dress, do a bundle, that way you only have to pay shipping once.
