steyrThat would be fine I know one way they do it you go to your sell page and and hit the edit then down at the bottom it’s like one of the offers is not for sale and you just put it not for sale and then after the person tells you that they’re ready to buy it then you open it back up for sale Hope this helps

OR, you may try and send a reply back to the email that sent you the shipping label. ( I haven't had that issue, but just thinking) But Poshmark support will most certainly help.
