@myrunway123 so the chest area (the covered up area) is 16-16.5 inches wide lay flat, and the waist area (right underneath the cutout) is 14-14.5 in lay flat. There is a little bit of stretch though I wouldn’t call it stretchy. I think if you don’t have a big chest it should work!
