Gorgeous peach π hi low boho dress with ruffle cap sleeves. Has front button and lace detail. Front length: 32" Back length: 51". Wears well with cowgirl style boots and denim jackets or with a faux fur jacket and nude heels. Flows gracefully. 100%RAYON . NOTE: CHEST RUNS SMALL Arm pit to arm pit measures: 15β on small 16β on medium and 17" on the large. Suggested bust is 32-34 A-B. There is no stretch at bust line or below bust. Dress is unlined. Please confirm measurements before purchasing.

@cupcake831 Hi there! On a 38d bust it was very snug so I would say no. The arm pit to arm pit measurement is 17".
