poshnqueen are the hems on these frayed edges? Also, what is the rise on them? I am only 5'1" and wear a 2 IF they are low rise and stretchy. I'm wondering with the lace up legs, if they have frayed legs if I could cut one level of the grommets off and have the correct length.
