tea_n_yoga @jaygmurphy hi, these don't come in size 5. I'm a 6 and the 6.5 fits me better. I don't like it when my big toe hits right at the tip. Justgive you an idea :)

brandi253 Hello I recently bought these from you in 5.5 and they are a little to small, my heel hangs off the back. I tried to wear them today for the first time and I couldn’t. Any chance of exchanging for the 6? I absolutely love them and have never had this issue before. Thanks.

tea_n_yoga @brandi253 hi! I usually don't do this but if it wasn't worn outdoor and in it's original condition then go ahead return it for a 6. You would need to open a case to return explaining to Posh that it's too small.

brandi253 @tea_n_yoga Oh thank you. I never wore them outside. I got dressed this morning and put them on and found my heels were hanging off so I changed shoes. I’ve never returned anything so when you say open a case what does that mean exactly? Do you mind explaining?

brandi253 Hello, I heard back from Posh and they said they have refunded my money? I explained that it is a size issue and that you agreed to an exchange. They said they did not take any money back from you and I do not need to return them. I’m not interested in keeping shoes that don’t fit, are you still willing to exchange for the 6? And, if you have a 6 in the other color I would like to buy those. Please let me know.
