kimela84 @_wild_moon_ Material is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. I measured the dress laying flat. Waist is approx 11 inches (measured across just below seam) and the length is approx 18.5 from waist seam to bottom.

kimela84 @_wild_moon_ The bust was a bit tricky because there’s stitching, so measuring flat doesn’t give an accurate measurement. I did my best to account for the extra space the stitching gives and measured from seam to seam, fully against the material. I measured across the middle of the bust and got approximately 17 (not stretched). Hope this helps!
