Pre-loved gorgeous skirt I always get compliments please notice the holes I show in the photo from taking it to the dry cleaners and them pinning it to the hanger (😕) completely unnoticeable. Belle of the patriots parade in this!! The white is slightly off-white, there is no size listed on the skirt but I would say extra small or 0 will fit perfect. Please see the photo I added, approximately 13 inches laying flat 💕
