May I use your photo explaining rules for boutique buying? I recently had someone request a special order on an item and I had to purchase a full order to get that one item, she was aware it was a UK item and tagged as such, ( she purchased from me before) and opened a case against me for a sizing issue because it didn't fit. And posh approved it. I'm quite upset as u can imagine!
