@angelwings530 Thank you. We specialize in out of production & hard to find items. On this top, it's open sizing basically on the bust since it's a cape style top. It's super long from arm to arm as you can see in photos. It's basically measured from top of shoulder to end on bottom since it's a crop style cape I believe. Amanda in the office loves hers. We get a bunch of positive feedback from this top. It's very comfortable to wear too❤
