ivyleafboutique @sierra_lipe Hello! ☺️💚 Honestly either would work! Depends on how you would want it to fit. The XL would have to be let out in the back a few inches and would produce a tight fit. The 2X would still be a good tight fit; but might be a little more comfortable. If you know you are 33 in, I would probably go with the 2X. But some of my customers like to buy smaller to “Waist Train” even though these are more for looks ( with a little squeezing in ). I hope that helps! ☺️💚

josephcalametti Hi there, I’m semi-unsure of which size would be most appropriate. All I have for reference is an older corset I got from Orchard in NYC which says “36” on the tag. Since yours fit small, would you recommend a bigger size?

Then I would go with the corresponding size which would be a 4X. ☺️ Other wise the best way to decide is to take your waist measurements. ☺️ I hope that helped! ivyleafboutique @mollymoe312 Hi!! 💚☺️💚 I would probably recommend going smaller! BUT it honestly depends on a few things. Like how your weight fluctuates! If your fluctuation stays in between 25 & 26 I would suggest the Small because it can be opened a few in. But if you lean closer to the 26 in & occasionally up to 26 1/2 or so. I might lean toward the Medium.

Half of my customers wear it as a Waist Trainer & very tight, where the other half wear it more for over clothing & style & want it a bit looser. I hope that helped!
