richardtoribio @beynguyen ok .. I sell a few quality waist trainer.. this one is made out of neoprene.. which is good only for working out .. it will make you sweat more on you waist area .. I also sell the latex waist trainer which it looks similar to this one but is made out of 100% latex and that one is to wear it all day long. 6 to 8 hours .... not at the gym ) and that one will help you get that hour glass shaper..
