What are the measurements for the small size? Is it a bright or dark red?

@nova08 hi! Approximately 29” from shoulder hem to bottom of garment, and approximately 17” across the bust. It’s a true burgundy, so it’s dark red. Please lmk if you’d like one! I have this in navy, too!
