@cgarcia86528 hi there! Underarm to underarm is about 17”, length of jacket is about 21” from top to bottom. The sleeve is23” long, but you can always cuff to style! The seaming detail at waist is about 14” below the shoulder. I hope the measurements help to answer your petite question.
