Hi! I joined Poshmark not too long ago. I’ve sold a few items that are very valuable and wanted to ask you about the recording? What do u record exactly? Trying to get some tips to make sure they never get lost in the mail. For example I shipped some Chanel espadrilles since November 12 and they still haven’t been delivered. They weren’t a lot but I’m scared something a lot more valuable might get lost in the mail. 😩

@yauska I take pictures of the measurements and the actual item in tact. I also do a recording of me putting the item in the package and sealing with the shipping label already on it. It takes time, but it's worth it for more expensive items. I've never had anything lost in the mail just some shady buyers.
