teenazee @cindynixon480 touch news in through bottom of the page then offers at the top and then you should be able to touch on the offer and it should take you to the page to accept or counter

teenazee @cindynixon480 did they make an offer or just say it in a comment...I understand it can be frustrating. you can also go to your listing and tap on everyone that liked it and send a private offer....if they didn't actually send an offer then it wouldn't show up
