@siciliana324 hey hun! I know that they help keep your feet feeling comfy and less fatigue also they keep them in place better so they don't bunch forward but I am not sure about the crowding (unless it's the crowding caused by them sliding forward?) the padding would take up a little more room in the heel since it is extra material. I can experiment when I get them back in! Hope that answers your question sorry I don't have. A better answer right now π

@theboxandthekey I totally agree! When I first came across it I was like where have these been all my life!?! βΊοΈ They make another style that I have not tried yet but getting in soon that are a thick lace band across the top! They remind my of 90s Adidas slides π¬ because of the thick band!
