NWT NLW (European brand) dress. Off-white dress with a dark tan crochet overlay (the two pieces are attached. Dress is 41" long from top of the dress (not including straps) to the hem. Adjustable straps add up to 6" in length. Waist is 25" laying flat and bust is approximately 28" laying flat. Dress has built in padding in the cups. Beautiful dress. Size small.
